How much does wash & fold service cost?
Our wash & fold pricing is simple:
Next-Day Service: $1.50 per pound
Same-Day Service: $2.00 per pound (orders must be placed before 2:00 PM)
Minimum Order: $30
Most customers pay between $30–$38 for a standard 13-gallon kitchen trash bag of laundry with our Next-Day Service.
When am I charged?
You are charged after your laundry is weighed, not when you schedule your pickup. You'll receive the final total once your bags have been weighed and processed.
Is pick up really FREE?
Yes! We offer free pickup and delivery throughout our service area.
What detergents do you use?
We use quality laundry products and also offer optional add-ons, including:
Hypoallergenic detergent
Specialty detergents
Fabric softener
Bleach
Vinegar rinse
Scent boosters
Additional charges may apply for specialty products.
Will my laundry be mixed with someone else's?
No. Each customer's laundry is processed separately to ensure quality, cleanliness, and consistency.
What items do you accept?
We accept most everyday household laundry, including:
Clothing
Towels
Bedding
Linens
If you have specialty items, contact us before scheduling your order.
Do you have a loyalty program?
Yes! Earn 10 points for every $1 spent. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
Who handles my laundry?
Unlike some services that rely on gig workers, Hometown Suds provides consistent, professional laundry care with attention to detail every time.
Are you registered to do business with the government?
Yes. Hometown Suds is registered to do business with government agencies and maintains an active registration in the federal vendor system.
